Happy Friday!!!!
Wow...I have not posted for quite some time. Sorry about that. Things have been going GREAT and I'm still enjoying retired living. I am trying to focus more on my health so began doing yoga in November of last year. I have been dedicated to my daily yoga routine and really think this is great for everyone! I highly recommend it.
Spring is in the air despite the fact that today is somber and rainy!
